Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum algorithms or deep learning
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and error correction protocols
- Proficiency with quantum frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and AI frameworks (TensorFlow Quantum)
- Track record of leading teams that delivered patentable AI/quantum innovations
- Experience securing DoE/NSF grants for frontier technology research
- Understanding of 2026 technology roadmap implications for ethical AI deployment
