Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance hybrid AI-Quantum systems for Project 2026.
- Technical Vision: Define the long-term technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with Nebula Systems' strategic goals and cutting-edge research.
- R&D Oversight: Lead a cross-functional team of quantum physicists, ML engineers, and software developers to explore novel algorithms and error correction methods.
- System Integration: Seamlessly integrate quantum processing units (QPUs) with classical cloud infrastructure to optimize real-time data processing.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and investors, translating architectural decisions into business value.
- Best Practices: Establish and enforce rigorous coding standards, security protocols, and architectural guidelines across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML and quantum computing technologies.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and experience with quantum SDKs such as Qiskit or Cirq.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance teams and managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous problems and innovate under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical strategies to diverse audiences.
