In this role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and scalable product implementation. You will lead a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists, ensuring our infrastructure is ready to handle the exponential growth of AI and quantum computing.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI and quantum integration, setting clear milestones for the upcoming year.
- Oversee Advanced Research: Direct the research and development of proprietary algorithms and quantum protocols.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Manage diverse teams of software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to drive innovation.
- Ensure System Scalability: Architect resilient systems capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and forge partnerships with key players in the tech ecosystem to accelerate 2026 goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in machine learning, neural networks, or quantum computing architectures.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
