Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum machine learning algorithms for next-gen autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional research teams in developing explainable AI frameworks for high-stakes domains
- Author groundbreaking publications in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into scalable commercial solutions
- Establish ethical AI protocols aligned with 2026 regulatory frameworks
- Secure $5M+ in federal research grants for frontier AI initiatives
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum computing and generative AI
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum machine learning or neuromorphic computing
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with 100+ GitHub repositories
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems at scale
- Familiarity with NIST AI Risk Management Framework and EU AI Act
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Strong background in distributed computing and high-performance optimization
