Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for quantum-entangled neural networks
- Lead research initiatives in explainable AI and ethical algorithm development
- Develop prototypes for real-time multimodal AI processing (text, vision, audio)
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize AI models for neuromorphic processors
- Publish findings in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, NeurIPS) and present at global AI summits
- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional engineering teams
- Secure $5M+ in research grants from NSF and DARPA partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Computational Neuroscience with 5+ years research experience
- Published 15+ peer-reviewed papers in AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and generative models
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow with quantum computing simulation frameworks
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (Intel Loihi, IBM TrueNorth)
- Strong background in ethical AI bias mitigation and alignment research
- Track record of securing federal research grants or industry R&D funding
- Fluency in C++/Python with distributed training optimization skills
