- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $1B+ market potential
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and acquire disruptive startups
- Present strategic vision to board members and C-suite executives quarterly
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Establish industry thought leadership through white papers and keynotes
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with $100M+ impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience securing and managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's venture and academic ecosystems
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
