Responsibilities
- Lead advanced research in quantum machine learning and neural network optimization
- Design and implement novel AI architectures for autonomous systems and predictive analytics

- Secure and manage R&D grants from federal and private sector partners

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing in NeurIPS, ICML, or equivalent venues
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and generative models
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks
- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and information theory
- Experience securing NSF/DARPA grants or equivalent funding mechanisms
- Portfolio demonstrating deployment of AI models at scale (>100M users)
