Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech convergence) to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning models for technological disruption and provide executive-level strategic recommendations
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs and foster collaborative ecosystems with tech startups and research institutions
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable technology practices across all business units
- Present visionary technology strategies to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for transformational initiatives
- Mentor innovation teams and cultivate a culture of experimental thinking and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of successfully implementing transformative technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum computing, advanced AI, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling skills with data-driven decision-making
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or advanced degree in technology foresight
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards on complex technological trends
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing cross-functional innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or futurist journals preferred
