Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 8+ years in strategic leadership roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Proven track record of deploying enterprise-scale AI systems post-2020
- Expertise in federated learning, generative AI, and neuromorphic computing
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for AI governance (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Experience leading teams of 50+ AI engineers and data scientists
- Published research in top-tier AI journals or conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
