Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record of deploying enterprise-scale AI solutions generating $100M+ revenue
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, federated learning, and ethical AI
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) or equivalent industry impact
- Experience navigating regulatory landscapes in 3+ countries (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field; PhD preferred
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and MLOps deployment tools
