Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI strategy roadmap aligned with global business objectives
- Lead a team of 15+ AI researchers, engineers, and product strategists
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate AI capabilities across all business units
- Drive R&D initiatives in next-gen AI models (GPT-7, quantum neural networks)
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and compliance
- Secure $50M+ in strategic partnerships and funding for AI initiatives
- Present at global tech forums including AI World Conference 2026
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in executive strategy roles
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field from top-tier institution
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives to $100M+ revenue impact
- Published research in Nature/Science on transformer architectures or quantum ML
- Expertise in federated learning and zero-trust AI systems
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud-native AI deployment
