Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap for emerging domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to prototype and validate next-generation systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year market potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Present technology vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of commercializing cutting-edge technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields preferred
