Responsibilities

- Optimize Neural Networks: Continuously refine model performance, focusing on latency reduction, energy efficiency, and accuracy in edge environments.
- Lead Technical Vision: Mentor a team of top-tier engineers and researchers, establishing coding standards and architectural best practices for the 2026 roadmap.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with product managers, designers, and domain experts to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Implement robust governance frameworks to ensure AI systems are fair, transparent, and aligned with human values.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI is highly preferred.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing high-availability, distributed systems for mission-critical applications.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex problems and devise elegant, efficient engineering solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
