Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and decentralized AI
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and commercialize next-gen tech solutions
- Identify and disrupt emerging markets with patentable innovations
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI deployment and autonomous systems
- Secure $10M+ in venture capital for experimental tech initiatives
- Present at Davos and global tech summits representing company innovation strategy
- Mentor PhD candidates and incubate university research partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years R&D leadership
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) on emerging tech
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic engineering, AI ethics, carbon-neutral tech
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for tech ventures
- Fluency in technical Mandarin or Japanese for global partnerships
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ industry-disrupting innovations
