Responsibilities
- Assemble products and components according to detailed blueprints and specifications.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and automated assembly machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all products meet industry standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Document production data and report any machinery malfunctions or safety hazards.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation is required.
