Responsibilities
- Perform assembly, packaging, and quality assurance tasks according to standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a high level of safety compliance on the production floor.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor production metrics and report any quality issues to supervisors immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure daily production goals are met.
- Keep workstations organized and adhere to 5S standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Basic reading and math skills required for quality checks.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Must be willing to pass a background check and drug screen.
