Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor advanced manufacturing equipment with precision
- Perform quality control checks and maintain production standards
- Assemble components according to technical specifications
- Document production data and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or process inefficiencies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
