Responsibilities
- Perform precise assembly operations using hand tools and power equipment according to blueprints and schematics.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet strict quality control standards and customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate standard manufacturing machinery and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and efficiency targets.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and report any hazardous conditions immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Detroit location.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing setting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
