Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities and ensure quality standards are met
- Train and mentor team members on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce waste
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment servicing
- Manage inventory levels and reorder materials as needed
- Prepare production reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in production management software
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree a plus
- Must pass pre-employment background check
