Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with business goals and anticipates market trends for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Oversee the research and implementation of cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Web3 protocols.
- Enterprise Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and efficient systems that can withstand the demands of a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with key technology partners and innovation labs to stay ahead of the curve.
- Change Management: Lead the cultural transformation required to adopt futuristic technologies across all organizational levels.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years in senior technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a C-suite or VP-level capacity.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of developing and executing long-term technology strategies with a focus on future-proofing.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of current and upcoming technologies, specifically AI, Cloud Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage change during periods of high technological disruption.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certifications: Professional certifications in Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF) or Project Management (PMP/Prince2) are highly desirable.
