Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide friendly, professional assistance throughout their shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, processing payments, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Answer incoming phone calls and inquiries, resolving issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including restocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or damages.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Handle customer feedback constructively and escalate complex issues to the store manager when necessary.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for transaction processing.
- Reliable transportation is required to commute to the Philadelphia location.
