Responsibilities
- Greet customers and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist with daily operations including answering phones and processing inquiries.
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist in stocking inventory and organizing sales floor displays.
- Resolve customer issues and provide excellent service at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with smartphones.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
