Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm, professional demeanor to ensure a positive first impression.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and order status.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of company policies and safety procedures.
- Support inventory management and stock organization as needed.
Qualifications

- Must be 18 years of age or older.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
