Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak weekend hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday on a consistent basis.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
