Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
- Resolve complex customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account details in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve escalated tickets.
- Identify and suggest product or service improvements based on customer feedback.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality assurance standards, and compliance regulations.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed.
