- Assist in inventory management, including stocking shelves and conducting regular stock counts.

- Handle customer feedback constructively and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous customer service or retail experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes and products.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate items (up to 25 lbs).
