Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications accurately
- Document interactions in CRM system while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with team to improve service quality metrics
- Meet/exceed performance targets for call resolution and satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training programs for product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency with Windows OS
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Reliable transportation to downtown Columbus location
- Flexible availability including occasional weekend shifts
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
