Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing issues and service complaints efficiently using CRM systems
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service workflows
- Document all interactions and maintain detailed customer records
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience
