Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's issue; determine the cause of the problem; select and explain the best solution to solve the issue.
- Process returns, refunds, and order modifications accurately and efficiently.
- Update customer records in the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen effectively.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
