- Update customer records accurately in our CRM system to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Communicate product and service information clearly to help customers make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Document all customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory for walk-in applicants.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, customer-centric attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (30+ WPM).
