Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and returns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale, ensuring all financial data is correct.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations efficiently to maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with inventory.
- Collaborate with the sales and management team to achieve daily and weekly performance targets.
- Upsell products and services to increase average transaction value.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry and filing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse populations.
- Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (10 kg) occasionally.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
