Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Process sales transactions and handle payments accurately using POS systems.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and service goals.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.
Qualifications
