Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on high satisfaction rates.
- Resolve complex issues and troubleshoot problems efficiently to ensure client retention.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and feedback into our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to identify areas for service improvement.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and team training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge.

Qualifications
