Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Welcome customers and visitors with a professional demeanor, answering inquiries and directing them to the appropriate department.
- Problem Resolution: Listen actively to customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently using company guidelines and software tools.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and comments in the CRM system.
- Communication: Clearly convey information regarding products, services, and policies to both internal teams and external clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Support: Assist in the organization of office operations and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior experience required; training is provided.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attitude: Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-first mindset.
- Technical: Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Reliability: Ability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.
