Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately enter and update customer information into the CRM database.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policy.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to troubleshoot complex customer problems.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance KPIs and targets.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for this entry-level role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to converse clearly with a diverse customer base.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating web-based applications.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays as required by business volume.
