Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional and polite demeanor.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy.
- Collaborate with the support team to troubleshoot complex technical or billing issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
