Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and maintaining store organization standards.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding products, services, and returns efficiently and effectively.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash drops and security checks, as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings or late evenings.
