Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalism.
- Accurately update customer records and transaction history in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the night supervisor when necessary.
- Assist in training new night shift team members.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Must be available to work nights (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or office setting.
