Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution.
- Resolve complex customer issues by identifying root causes and providing effective, empathetic solutions.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve escalated tickets efficiently.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds while adhering to company policies.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and enhance customer loyalty.
- Proactively monitor customer feedback to suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or retail is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and remain calm under pressure.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
