Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer inbound calls and emails to resolve product inquiries and customer issues.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
