Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with patience and professionalism.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations in a timely manner to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Update customer records and maintain our CRM database with precision.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday support team to ensure seamless handover of critical information.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Reliable transportation is required.
