Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a welcoming and professional attitude.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person efficiently.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and service goals.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (typing and navigating windows/macOS).
- Reliable transportation is required.
