Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our internal systems.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to meet daily and weekly targets.
- Perform general administrative duties and maintain organized records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic computer literacy (proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus).
