Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and inventory control.
- Operate warehouse equipment and machinery safely in accordance with all safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records of daily operations and transactions.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks while adhering to weight limits and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Previous experience in customer service or warehouse operations is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory and data entry tasks.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as required by the role.
