Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label packages accurately and efficiently for domestic and international shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with OSHA protocols.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy, quality control, and correct documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times to prevent accidents.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with the management team.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and operational deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; trade school certification is a plus.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Basic math skills and high attention to detail for inventory accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as business needs dictate.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for all entry-level positions.
