- Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information.
- Resolve complex issues and escalate tickets to management when necessary without compromising service standards.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory (on-the-job training provided).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
