Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to resolve technical inquiries and service issues.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot complex problems and escalate issues when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
- Assist in training new hires and mentoring junior team members on best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
