Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update internal databases and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team members and management to develop solutions for complex service challenges.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not mandatory.
