Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
- Accurately update customer accounts and maintain detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Communicate complex information clearly and professionally to customers with varying technical backgrounds.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and problem resolution.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory (training provided for walk-in candidates).
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
- The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
