Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 5-7 customer service representatives
- Resolve escalated customer issues with empathy and efficiency
- Develop and implement customer experience improvement strategies
- Analyze performance metrics to identify training opportunities
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to enhance service offerings
- Train new hires on company processes and systems
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service experience with 1+ years in leadership
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional conflict resolution and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset
- Valid Nevada driver's license for occasional off-site meetings
- Pass background check and drug screening
